By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service, and are confirming that you have read this page thoroughly!
Terms of Service!
- All final pieces will have a signature that you are not permitted to remove.- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable completing for any reason.- Nothing involving AI (Artificial Intelligence) of any sort will be permitted, full stop. I will not work with AI and nobody has my permission to use my art to train AI.- I will not work with NFTs and you do not have my permission to use my art for NFTs.- All prices are listed in USD. I can only accept payment through Ko-fi, Artistree, or PayPal if we have done business in the past. Prices are subject to change depending on specific suggestions or requirements for the commissions.- You do not have any right to distribute or sell my work for profit.- I retain all rights to my work and have the right to distribute or sell for profit, post on social media, and use to market unless you request otherwise. If you request I keep your commission private or keep your name/username anonymous, I will not use it anywhere you do not approve!- You are entitled to three changes in the sketch stage.- These commissions are digital only, and you will not receive a physical copy of anything I produce for you. If you want a print, let me know and I will put it on my INPRNT where you may buy a physical copy, or you can submit the piece to your local print store and buy whatever scale physical copy you want from them.- No refunds past the sketch stage UNLESS I state I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.- When commissions are closed you're more than welcome to ask to be put on a wait list!
